Our firm has exciting news! Shannon Mulkey Law Firm We is now up and running in our “brand new to us” home located at 944 E. Silver Springs Boulevard. Shannon Mulkey purchased the old “Tea with Lee” House to start her own law firm, having previously practiced for over 12 years with another local attorney. Tea with Lee was a catering and special event venue operated by Rosalie “Lee” Johnson starting in the 90s until a few years ago. The Johnsons also lived in the home as well for over 25 years, just recently deciding they could no longer keep up with the large two-story house. The house is 108 years old and was actually moved East down the Boulevard twice from its original build site across from the older Richard’s Place diner.
Shannon Mulkey and her fiancé have given the home a much needed and beautiful facelift, still keeping with the wonderful history of the home. It has been painted a crisp white, the interior has been updated and the original hardwood pine floors have been restored on the stairs and second level.
Shannon is a board certified attorney by the Florida Bar in Elder Law. She specializes in estate and advance directive planning, probate and guardianship and is now excited to be adding real estate closing and title services for her clients. She’s looking forward to seeing you!!
